Stay with us · Santa Fe, New Mexico
Stay where we'd stay.
Two houses we own, design, and run in the town we know better than any other — the same obsessive read we give a destination, turned on the place itself.
Ask us about datesWhy Santa Fe, really
This one isn't a market play. It's home.
In 1988, Jamey's grandparents — Lee and Noel Ice — moved from Fort Worth to Santa Fe and stayed thirty years. He grew up on Christmas Eves on Canyon Road, his grandmother's green chili stew, the smell of piñon smoke, and sunsets over the Sangre de Cristos. We've been coming back our whole lives — every season, snow and aspen-gold and monsoon. We didn't buy here because the numbers worked. We bought here because we couldn't stay away, and the numbers worked anyway.
That's the difference you feel when you stay. Every guest gets the real family guidebook — the green chile we'd drive for, the hot-tub-after-a-hike ritual, the galleries worth the afternoon and the ones that aren't. The same read as the reports, written for the place we know cold.

Hundreds of trips deepThe houses
Two homes, two moods.
We've owned three Santa Fe homes over the years and hold two now. Each one gets a name, a story, and a design we sweat over — because design is what turns a rental into a place you remember.

The estate
Casa de Ice
Six bedrooms across 5,600 square feet, on seventeen acres, with the mountains for a backyard.
Our big one — a soulful 1950s adobe we rebuilt for the long table and the slow morning. A Viking kitchen, four kiva fireplaces, a seven-person hot tub with its own cold plunge and infrared sauna, a pool, and a game room with a vintage arcade. Seventeen acres, so the kids disappear for an hour and come back filthy and happy. One of Santa Fe's top-performing rentals — but we built it to settle into, not to tour.

The design house
Casa de Camino
Six bedrooms, a modern take on Santa Fe living, on six acres.
Our design-forward one — a gut renovation down to the hand-painted Talavera tile, with a sun room full of panoramic light and an outdoor kiva fireplace under 360 degrees of mesa. It sleeps fourteen, so it's the one for the big group that still wants every finish to feel considered. The quieter of the two, and the one we sweated every detail on.

How we think about it
Real estate, hospitality, and a story — in that order.
We buy homes worth saving, design them like they matter, and run them like a boutique hotel that happens to have a family's fingerprints on it. The plan from here is more of them, in more places — same obsession, same welcome. Santa Fe is just where it started.
